--- INFO ABOUT UNITY PACKAGE (CLICK TO SHOW) ----
ABOUT THE ASEPRITE FILES:
The aseprite file contains multiple Layers for equipment that are hidden because the animations for the equipments aren't finished yet, the first equipment will be the Knight Armor Set with: Helmet, Plate Armor, Plate Gloves, Plate Legs, Longsword and IronShield. Other equipmets like the ones in the concept gif bellow will be added later but as a add-on for this asset. If you want you can reenable the opacity to 100% for those layers in the aseprite files to check it out.

ABOUT THE UNITY PACKAGE:
The unity package includes scripts develop for dynamic change in equipment using the aseprite importer asset structure and also scripts that handle player actions and animations. Be aware that those scripts are not perfect and optimal yet mostly because they are a adaptation of the one I current use for 2D animation, but they are helpful if you want to test the asset on Unity.
ABOUT THE C# ANIMATION SCRIPT:
The current "AnimationEventHandler.cs "script is a script that control the animations of the character based on the Basics script info and other variables. It alsos uses different runtime animator controllers (so I can use diferent aseprite files on the same character, avoiding a very big aseprite file), but you need to set those other controller in the list of controller at the script when creating the config from scrach. I will do a video trying to explain how it works.

Just wanted to let you know that the character is holding the shield in the left hand in most animations, but there are a couple of them where the shield is in the right hand, which makes it look like the shield teleports to their other hand and then back ;)
Hi, as I informed in the asset decription, some animations are mirrored and others not (most because of complexity), a solution is to ignore the left directions and always flip the sprite renderer or transform when the character is facing left (x < 0 or angle > 90 but < 270)
Thank you for the response! I did not see the extended description and now that i see it i am even more hyped up! Not only did you help me fix the issue, but also the armor sets that you are planning look amazing! I cannot wait for future updates <3
I cannot wait for the bow hurt and death animations! I love the design of this character!
Thanks! I'm almost finishing those
Please make more top down in this style.
Really cool :)
Thanks :D
Absolutely in love with your style.
Thanks : )
Love this perspective! Do you have any plans to make isometric enemies?
Yes, but not soon :(
Great, thanks for responding!
